Shipping & Delivery
- While we maintain an incredible record of fast shipping (many orders may ship the same day), some items may ship a bit later. In most cases, we will ship your order within one business day, but there are times where it may take an extra day or two depending on the season.
Privacy & Security
- We value your privacy and will never share any personal information submitted by you with any third party. Our website is secure and maintained to industry standards to protect your information. We do not keep your credit card information on file at any time.
Returns & Replacements
- We are confident that you will find the products we offer to be of high quality. If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us and we will be happy to replace the item at no charge. It doesn't happen often. If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning any items. Items returned must be in new, unopened condition and must not be used. We cannot issue refunds on items that were opened or used. If you wish to return an item that is not damaged, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge, as well as the original shipping charge. If your item was shipped for free, you will still be responsible for the shipping costs we paid to send the item to you.
- Currently, we only accept most orders online. We do accept Purchase Orders from educational institutions, but these are approved on an individual basis. If you wish to order by purchase order, please include all item numbers with your order and fax your purchase order to us at 331-330-2255. You may also email a purchase order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We currently accept major credit cards and PayPal for payment. All payments must be made and cleared before your item ships. In some cases, it may take a few days before your order ships. Our pricing is competitive, if you see a lower price on an item somewhere else, contact us and we'll see what we can do. While there is usually not much we can do on small orders with a single item, we may be able to help out with larger orders. From time to time, we may run promotional pricing and discounts. The special pricing or discount is only applicable during the promotion period. As much as we try to make sure everything is correct on our site, we may occasionally have a mistake listed.We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are errors in the listing or price. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.
